Blueberries are a healing food.. Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and K, manganese, potassium and fiber. They are also a good option to satisfy the sweet tooth. The fiber in foods help keep blood sugar levels normal and rich in oxidants to fight against cancer and heart disease and are low on the glycemic index.
